You get an unexpected bonus when you sign up for a Bronze, Silver, or Gold web hosting plan at HighPower-Design.com,
Inside your hosting package sits one of the most underutilized assets for growing a business: 10 dedicated, custom-domain email accounts.
This is part two of the article which started last month.
Most small business owners make a critical mistake when setting up their business email. They create a single generic address—such as info@yourcompany.com or contact@yourcompany.com—and use it for literally everything. They use it to answer customer support tickets, send out weekly newsletters, blast promotional discount codes, pitch potential partners, and receive vendor invoices.
This is part 2 of our two-part Email Marketing Strategy series. The first newsletter detailed a list of 10 email addresses you can use in your business to segment and separate promotions from news and other types of emails.
This newsletter details the steps needed to warm up your emails so service providers so don’t mark them as spam.
Step-by-Step Implementation Guide
Setting up your 10 promotional email accounts inside your web hosting control panel takes just a few minutes. Here is how to launch your multi-email infrastructure:
Step 1: Create the Mailboxes
Go to https://highpower-design.com. Log into your web hosting control panel by clicking on The Hub Access button. Navigate to the Email Accounts section, click Create, and set up the 10 addresses listed above with strong, unique passwords.
Choose Basic Email, then add up to 10 free accounts.

The system will automatically configure the required SPF and DKIM records for your created email accounts.
Step 2: Streamline Management with Forwarders or Mail Clients
You don’t need to log into 10 separate inboxes every morning! You can manage all 10 accounts effortlessly using one of two methods:
- Email Forwarding: Set up email forwarders in your hosting panel so that replies sent to sales@, vip@, or feedback@ automatically forward to your central master inbox.
- Unified Email Client: Connect all 10 accounts into desktop software like Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail using POP (for Basic Mail). This gives you a unified inbox view while preserving individual sending identities.
Step 3: Warm Up New Email Accounts
When launching new sending addresses (especially promos@ and newsletter@), do not send 5,000 emails on day one. Start small
- Week 1: Send 20–50 emails per day to your most engaged contacts.
- Week 2: Increase volume to 100–200 emails per day.
- Week 3: Gradually scale up to your full subscriber list.
Gradual warming builds a positive history with major email providers and prevents initial delivery throttling.
Real-World Example: A Local Bakery’s 10-Email Strategy
To see how this works in practice, consider a boutique local bakery using their web hosting account:
- welcome@sweettreatsXYZ.com delivers a 15% discount coupon immediately when someone signs up on their homepage.
- newsletter@sweettreatsXYZ.com sends a weekly Wednesday blog post featuring new baking recipes and tips.
- promos@sweettreatsXYZ.com blasts a flash sale on Friday afternoons to clear out weekend inventory.
- events@sweettreatsXYZ.com handles registrations for monthly cake-decorating masterclasses.
- orders@sweettreatsXYZ.com sends digital receipts for custom wedding cake deposits.
- feedback@sweettreatsXYZ.com follows up 2 days after catering events asking for a 5-star Google review.
- sales@sweettreatsXYZ.com receives custom catering quote requests from local corporate clients.
By segmenting their communications, the bakery maintains a professional image, keeps customer inquiries organized, and guarantees high inbox deliverability across every campaign.
Note that using different email prefixes (the words before the @) on the same root domain will not protect the email deliverability reputation. If an email from sales@sweettreatsXYZ.com gets flagged as spam, it will impact the reputation of all the other emails because they’re all using the same root domain.
The solution is to create a separate subdomain just for marketing, like news@sales.sweettreatsXYZ.com.
The prefix sales. effectively creates a new domain that protects the reputation of the main domain.
